Meg’s Yummy Tummy Yogurt Pops

Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Omega Farms Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons 100 percent fruit spread

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt into a small bowl.
  2. Add the fruit spread and stir it a little to make a swirl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into 4 popsicle makers, or 4 small plastic cups, with a small spoon.
  4. Put a stick into the top of each and freeze for 6 hours, or until hard.

Makes 4 popsicles.
