Meg’s Tooty-Fruity Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) container Omega Farms Nonfat Vanilla or Fruit Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit chunks (try peaches and berries)
Intructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Whir the blender until the fruit is chopped up.
- Pour into 1 large or 2 small cups, and serve with straws.
Makes 1 large or 2 small servings.
Note: Add 1 tablespoon honey for a sweeter smoothie.
