
Cindy DiFerdinand is an experienced nutritionist and health educator.
Cindy has worked in the food industry for more than 20 years and built a career on pioneering new food products with a focus on good nutrition. She has consulted to the food industry and worked as a nutritionist in private practice, counseling people of all ages on preventative nutrition as it relates to optimum heath and longevity.
Cindy pioneered and developed nutrition programs at various clinics and fitness facilities. She is experienced in healthy menu and catering planning. She is an experienced speaker and media spokes person.
In her role as nutritionist for Omega Farms, a full line of dairy products with omega-3’s, Cindy educates consumers about the health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids the “good fats” vital to good health and well being. Passionate about maintaining overall well-being through a healthy diet, Cindy believes in the importance of Omega Farms dairy products with Omega-3;s as a convenient source for Americans-especially moms and children- to get more Omega-3’s in their diet.
She is passionate about educating America’s youth on establishing and enjoying healthy eating habits.
She holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Nutrition from University of New Haven, Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics and Food Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
Cindy is the mother of five, a great home chef, loves to cook and is currently working on her own cook book with a focus on simple healthy cooking.
